BR4R has thrown its support behind other regional groups from Ballina, Byron and Mullumbimby at a Community-led Flood Recovery forum at Ballina RSL on February 12.
The event was well attended (60 reps from various community groups) and conducted in a spirit of collaboration, respect and commitment to urge the NSW Government to take immediate action to assist all flood victims in the Northern Rivers area.
A Community Action Northern Rivers (CANR) group was formed and BR4R has agreed to give CANR media access through our Bulletin to future events sponsored by CANR.
