BR4R’s vision is to welcome, respect and support asylum seekers and refugees.

BR4R’s goal is to promote the acceptance and integration of refugees and asylum seekers in Australia, by thinking globally and acting locally.

BR4R Activities fall into the following areas:

• • Direct support – Homestay Program, Nauru Friendship Group, collaboration with refugee organisations and it is proposed that we work on a project for resettlement
    
• • Awareness raising – Events, Articles in the press, letters to the editor, letter writing campaigns and fortnightly vigils
    
  • Community Engagement – Volunteers, speakers, performers, local media, schools and SCU liaison and service groups
    
  • Fundraising – Theatre and movies, market stalls, donations, external fundraising
  • Administration – Document and data management, social media and newsletters, internal and external communications and accountability and governance
